Step by step guide

Preparation

Order MDF panels in the correct size when cutting to size.

Montage

Drill 4 holes for the hinges and one small hole for the handle in each door using a hinge drill bit. Also, attach the trim strips and seal them neatly with caulk. Afterwards, degrease everything thoroughly, sand it, and apply an adhesion primer.

Finish

Paint the panels with a color of your choice and then apply a clear lacquer for extra durability. Then assemble the doors and side panels, and voilà, there you have a custom IKEA Pax!
