Shelves and shelves replaced with Betonplex, by Chris

Description

For the old chipboard shelves on some shelving units I chose betonplex . This is a lot more durable and moisture resistant than the supplied plates. These were all warped after a few years.

Shelves made of sturdy concrete plywood

By first measuring the old crooked chipboard planks, I determined the correct dimensions. All plywood planks were perfectly sized. Unfortunately I had to cut a small strip off 1 shelf because the frame of the cabinet was a bit crooked. In hindsight I should have made the planks 1mm smaller all around, then they would have slid in perfectly, now there had to be a gentle tap every now and then.
