A dining table for the living room with a frame of black scaffolding populieren multiplex . We have opted for a light top in combination with a dark frame. So you have a nice contrast but still modern.

DIY: Plywood dining table

Initially selected the sheet. We wanted a light wood type for our table top. We had the idea of placing black scaffolding tubes under a light blue, which gives a good contrast and looks modern. Then ordered both the sheet and the tubes and assembled them ourselves. The tubes were tailor-made just like the blade, so that made a big difference. Then first put the table frame together. This was super simple and only with an Allen key. Then put the frame on the top and aligned and secured it. Then we turned the table together and sanded it. Subsequently, stepladder was covered to ensure that the blade can take a beating. This is necessary with 2 small children. After a few hours of drying it was ready.
