With the custom-made MDF round discs we have created displays in an original way where we can show our products for sale. It gives our store a beautiful appearance and we are very happy with the end result.

MDF shelf

First paint the discs in the ground and then varnish them. Then cut the scaffolding tubes to size, 27cm long. Then the pipe couplings are marked on the discs. Front drilled with size 7 so that lock bolt 6mm fits through. carriage bolts from top to bottom so you do not see the nut, it is more beautiful to see the bolt than the nut. Then put everything together and secure the tubes with an Allen key. see the end result, we have put the bottom disc on boxes, but wheels could also be placed underneath.
