Description

Various epoxy dining tables. All are handmade with epoxy casting resin. By adding various pigments, a natural stone-like appearance has been created.

Unique Epoxy dining tables

The table tops are primed with gesso and allowed to dry thoroughly. Then lightly sanded and degreased. Then prepared the epoxy casting resin by mixing it with the pigments. The effects were created by allowing the pigments to flow together using special techniques. After drying for 24 hours, the table top is sanded and degreased again. A second layer of epoxy was then applied. This had to dry for another 3 days before the base could be attached with screws. Viola!
